Although Steve couldn’t get out to see me as he’s so busy he took the time to suggest a possible solution. £1.48 later to replace a couple of seals and the problem is fixed. I contacted this company today to get some help and advice. Whilst checking on my caravan in storage I found that the battery had exploded and had shattered the battery box. I didn’t know what to do. I didn’t expect to be contacted as it was out of hours. Not only did I get a call but I was given some very helpful advice and instruction. I would really like to have used their services to fix the damage. But unfortunately they are booked up until June! I can understand why.
